Beta Terms of Service

Terms for beta testing — effective September 18, 2026

1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service, together with any order form, beta invitation, product-specific terms, acceptable use rules, and policies expressly incorporated by reference (collectively, the "Terms"), form a binding agreement between you and Align, an unincorporated beta project operated by Andrew Jin ("Align," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Align beta software, websites, applications, integrations, artificial intelligence features, communications, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By clicking an acceptance button, creating an account, connecting a third-party account, participating in the beta, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" includes both you and that organization.

These Terms contain important provisions concerning beta risks, electronic actions performed at your direction, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute resolution, and your responsibility to review outputs and proposed actions. Section 24 requires most disputes to be resolved through binding individual arbitration and provides a thirty-day right to opt out of arbitration.

2. Eligibility and Beta Participation

You must be at least eighteen years old, have legal capacity to enter into a contract, and be legally permitted to use the Service where you live. The Service is presently offered only to invited beta users and is not intended for children. You may not allow another person to use your account or credentials unless Align expressly supports a delegated-access feature.

The Service is experimental, incomplete, and under active development. Features may be unavailable, inaccurate, delayed, interrupted, changed, or discontinued without notice. The beta may contain defects, may lose context, may misunderstand instructions, and may not perform an action as expected. You agree to use the beta only for lawful, reversible, and reasonably supervised activities. You must not rely on the beta for emergency, safety-critical, time-critical, or irreversible decisions.

Participation is voluntary. We may limit enrollment, features, transaction values, connected services, geographic availability, or the duration of the beta. We may suspend or end your beta access at any time, including to protect users, third parties, or the Service. Unless we state otherwise in writing, beta access is personal, non-transferable, and provided without any promise that a feature will become generally available.

3. The Service

Align is a personal AI operating system designed to help users organize information, receive recommendations, communicate, and complete approved digital workflows. Depending on the features made available to you, Align may connect with services such as Plaid-supported financial institutions, 1Password, email, calendar, messaging, browser, desktop, mobile, merchant, travel, commerce, and professional-service platforms. Not every described or demonstrated capability is currently available, and no roadmap statement is a commitment to deliver a feature.

The Service may summarize information, identify subscriptions, recommend financial products or actions, draft messages, help schedule meetings, populate forms, compare purchases, negotiate or cancel services, and prepare or perform other multi-step workflows. Align may use artificial intelligence models supplied by us or by third-party providers. The Service may generate plans, drafts, predictions, classifications, or recommendations that are incomplete, incorrect, or unsuitable for you.

Align is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, money transmitter, insurance producer, law firm, accounting firm, healthcare provider, fiduciary, credit repair organization, consumer reporting agency, or employment agency. Unless separately stated in a written agreement, Align does not hold customer funds, make lending or underwriting decisions, provide regulated professional advice, or guarantee that a third party will accept an application or complete a requested transaction.

4. Account Registration and User Context Onboarding

To create an account, you may be asked to provide your name, contact information, age confirmation, location, authentication information, and other account details. You agree that information you provide will be accurate, current, and complete and that you will promptly update material changes. You may also choose to provide preferences, goals, employment or business information, general financial information, spending and rewards preferences, and instructions about how proactive Align should be.

We refer to this process as user context and account onboarding. It is not necessarily regulated know-your-customer or anti-money-laundering verification. If a particular feature requires identity verification, sanctions screening, fraud prevention, tax documentation, or other legally required checks, Align or the applicable third-party provider will provide additional notice and may request information such as legal name, date of birth, address, taxpayer identification information, or identity documents. You authorize the relevant provider to perform the disclosed verification only when you elect to use that feature.

Onboarding fields should be treated as optional unless the interface clearly marks them as required for account security, legal compliance, or a selected feature. You may decline to connect a source or provide optional context, but some features may then be unavailable or less accurate. You should not provide sensitive information that the Service does not request.

5. Connected Accounts and Third Party Services

The Service may allow you to connect accounts or services provided by third parties. A connection is optional and must be initiated or approved by you. By connecting an account, you represent that you are authorized to access that account and to permit Align and its service providers to retrieve, use, transmit, and, when you instruct us, submit information through that account as necessary to provide the selected features.

Your use of a connected service remains governed by that provider's terms and privacy practices. Align does not control and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, acts, omissions, fees, policies, or content of a third-party service. A provider may restrict or terminate access at any time. You are responsible for maintaining the third-party accounts, permissions, balances, and subscriptions required for a requested workflow.

For financial account connections, Align may use Plaid or another data-access provider. Align should not ask you to send online banking passwords directly to Align. Authentication may occur in an interface controlled by the financial institution or data-access provider. Financial data may include account identity information, balances, transactions, recurring payments, account and routing details where enabled, and other categories specifically shown during connection. Your bank and the provider may impose their own limits and terms.

For password-manager connections, Align may use an official integration, SDK, extension, local agent, or user-approved sharing mechanism. Align does not acquire ownership of your vault or credentials. You should connect only the minimum vaults or items needed for a feature. Unless the interface expressly states otherwise and you approve it, Align will not export or store the plaintext contents of an entire password vault. You remain responsible for securing your password-manager account, recovery materials, devices, and any approval prompts.

6. Permissions and User Control

Align will request permissions appropriate to the feature you choose. Permissions may include read access, draft access, form-filling access, communication access, browser or desktop control, or authority to submit a particular action. A permission does not give Align unlimited authority to act for you. Align may use permissions only to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service as described in these Terms, the interface, and Section 11.

Where available, you may configure whether Align may read information, prepare an action, request approval before an action, or perform specified categories of actions automatically. Sensitive actions should require confirmation unless you have knowingly enabled a clearly described automation. Sensitive actions include sending external communications, disclosing sensitive information, purchasing, transferring value, accepting legal terms, submitting an application, canceling a material service, changing account security, or making an appointment with significant consequences.

You may revoke a connection through Align or the third-party provider. Revocation may not cancel an action already submitted or require a third party to reverse a completed transaction. Revocation also may not immediately delete information that Align must retain for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity. Align retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in Section 11, including account operation, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and backup integrity. You may request access, correction, disconnection, or deletion by emailing Elaa2021@mymail.pomona.edu, subject to legal and operational exceptions.

7. Instructions and Electronic Agency

When you ask Align to draft, prepare, or perform an action, you authorize Align to use your connected accounts and information to the extent reasonably necessary to follow that instruction. You are responsible for the scope, accuracy, legality, and consequences of your instructions. Align may refuse, pause, narrow, or request clarification or confirmation for any instruction, including where the instruction is ambiguous, high risk, inconsistent with your settings, potentially unlawful, or likely to cause harm.

An approval screen is intended to help you review a proposed action, but it may summarize rather than reproduce every technical detail. Before approving, you must review the recipient, account, amount, item, date, terms, disclosures, and other material information presented by Align or the third party. Your approval constitutes your electronic instruction to proceed. If you enable an automation, your configuration constitutes advance authorization only within the scope and limits shown when you enable it.

Align is not your general agent, attorney-in-fact, fiduciary, employee, or legal representative. Align has no authority to bind you outside a specific instruction or approved automation. You must not represent to another person that Align has broader authority. We may require separate written authorization for a feature involving regulated transactions, legal representation, healthcare, employment, government benefits, or another sensitive domain.

8. AI Outputs and Human Review

Artificial intelligence can produce confident but incorrect, incomplete, outdated, biased, or inappropriate results. Outputs may not be unique and other users may receive similar outputs. You must independently review outputs and verify important facts before relying on them or authorizing an action. You should consult a qualified professional for legal, tax, investment, medical, insurance, employment, immigration, or other regulated advice.

Do not use the Service as the sole basis for a decision that produces legal or similarly significant effects for another person, including decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, education, healthcare, or access to essential services. Do not use an output to impersonate a person, mislead a recipient about who authored a communication, or create a record you know is false.

Align may display confidence indicators, citations, previews, explanations, alerts, or estimated savings. These aids are not guarantees. Estimated savings, rewards, eligibility, prices, availability, fees, tax effects, and approval odds may change or depend on facts not available to Align.

9. Financial Information and Recommendations

Financial account information is provided for personal organization and informational assistance. Account balances and transactions may be delayed, duplicated, miscategorized, or incomplete. You must use official statements and provider records to confirm balances, payment status, due dates, available credit, and completed transactions.

Any comparison or recommendation concerning a credit card, bank account, investment account, insurance product, subscription, merchant, or service is general information and not individualized professional advice unless Align expressly enters into a separate regulated advisory relationship. Align does not guarantee approval, eligibility, savings, returns, rewards, credit effects, tax treatment, or continued product availability. Applying for or closing a financial product may affect your credit, taxes, benefits, fees, or contractual rights.

Align may receive subscription fees, referral fees, affiliate compensation, marketplace fees, advertising revenue, or other compensation. Paid placement or sponsored content will be identified where required. Compensation may affect which providers are available or displayed, but it does not change your responsibility to compare the full terms. Align does not promise that every recommendation is the cheapest or objectively best option.

10. Purchases, Communications, Applications, and Cancellations

If Align helps make a purchase, booking, reservation, application, or cancellation, the transaction is between you and the relevant provider unless Align expressly states otherwise. You are responsible for price, taxes, shipping, refunds, cancellation windows, eligibility criteria, and provider terms. Prices and availability may change before submission. Align does not guarantee that a provider will honor a request or that a cancellation will stop all future charges.

Messages, emails, forms, applications, and other submissions prepared by Align may create legal, financial, reputational, or relationship consequences. You are responsible for reviewing them. You must not instruct Align to submit false information, conceal material facts, violate another person's rights, or evade a platform's rules. Where a third party requires personal certification, signature, or attestation, you must personally review and complete that step unless applicable law and the third party expressly allow another method.

Subscription cancellation or negotiation features may require communication with a merchant and may not take effect immediately. You remain responsible for monitoring confirmations and statements. Freezing or replacing a payment card may not terminate a merchant agreement or stop account-updater services.

11. Privacy and Data Use

This Section 11 serves as Align's privacy notice for the beta. It describes the principal categories of information Align collects, the purposes for which the information is processed, disclosures to service providers and third parties, and your available choices. Align collects account and contact information, information you choose to provide during onboarding, data from sources you connect, prompts and instructions, workflow results, communications with Align, and device, log, and usage information. Align uses this information to provide and personalize the Service, carry out your instructions, maintain connected services, communicate with you, secure and troubleshoot the Service, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law, and improve beta reliability.

Align may process account information, connected-source data, instructions, content, device and usage data, and workflow results to provide, personalize, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service. We will not sell your plaintext passwords. We will not use the contents of your connected financial accounts or password vault to train a general-purpose model for unrelated users unless we provide a separate, clear choice and obtain any consent required by law. Product improvement may use de-identified, aggregated, redacted, or otherwise protected information where reasonably feasible.

Because the beta may use third-party AI or infrastructure providers, limited content may be transmitted to those providers to process a request. Align will contractually limit provider use where commercially reasonable and will describe material provider categories through the Service or an updated privacy disclosure. You should not enter secrets, private keys, seed phrases, full payment-card data, protected health information, or highly sensitive third-party information unless a feature expressly requests it and provides appropriate safeguards.

12. Security and Credential Handling

You must protect your Align account, devices, authentication methods, connected accounts, and recovery information. Use a strong unique password and multifactor authentication when available. Notify us promptly at Elaa2021@mymail.pomona.edu if you suspect unauthorized access, a lost device, credential compromise, or an action you did not approve.

Align will maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information in light of the nature of the Service and the sensitivity of the data. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, loss, or misuse will never occur. Beta status does not eliminate our obligation to use reasonable safeguards.

You may not provide another person's credentials without authorization, attempt to bypass authentication, disable safety controls, extract secrets from the Service, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, or use the Service to access an account you do not own or control. Align may invalidate sessions, revoke tokens, require reauthentication, or suspend connections to protect users and the Service.

13. User Content

"User Content" means information, text, files, messages, prompts, instructions, images, preferences, and other material that you submit or make available through the Service, excluding software and content owned by Align or its licensors. As between you and Align, you retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant Align a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, copy, transmit, display, adapt, and otherwise process User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, personalize, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, comply with law, enforce these Terms, and exercise rights described in Section 11. This license ends when the relevant content is deleted from active systems, subject to legal retention, security records, backups, and information that has been de-identified or aggregated.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide User Content and authorize its processing. You must consider the privacy and confidentiality rights of other people before connecting communications, shared accounts, employer systems, or business information. You may not upload information in violation of a duty of confidentiality, employment policy, contract, law, or court order.

14. Feedback and Beta Evaluation

You may provide comments, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, or other feedback. You grant Align a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, sublicensable, transferable, royalty-free right to use and commercialize feedback without restriction or compensation, provided that Align will not publicly identify you as the source without permission.

We may collect beta telemetry, error reports, workflow completion data, user ratings, and support communications to evaluate reliability, safety, and usefulness. Where reasonably possible, we will minimize or redact sensitive content used for debugging. If we ask you to participate in a recorded interview, case study, or public testimonial, we will obtain separate permission.

15. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful personal or internal business purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to violate law; infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights; harass, exploit, defraud, discriminate against, or threaten anyone; generate or distribute malware; conduct phishing or credential theft; evade security controls; manipulate financial markets; launder money; facilitate unlawful gambling; purchase prohibited goods; create nonconsensual intimate content; exploit children; or assist violence or other serious harm.

You may not use the Service to scrape or access third-party services in violation of their terms or technical restrictions; send spam or unlawful marketing; impersonate another person; submit fraudulent applications; create fake reviews; conceal sponsored communications; reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law; resell beta access; overload the Service; or use automated means to extract models, source code, system prompts, or nonpublic data.

We may investigate suspected misuse and preserve or disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce these Terms. We may use automated and human review for safety, fraud prevention, and support, subject to Section 11.

16. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, models, workflows, interface, documentation, branding, and non-user content, is owned by Align and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, Align grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the beta for its intended purpose during your participation.

Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, publicly display, create derivative works from, or attempt to derive source code from the Service except as permitted by law or an applicable open-source license. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.

17. Fees, Payments, and Taxes

Beta access may be free or offered at a promotional price. If a paid feature is offered, the price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method, and material restrictions will be disclosed before purchase. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method you select. Unless required by law or stated otherwise at purchase, fees are nonrefundable after the applicable service period begins.

You are responsible for applicable taxes other than taxes on Align's income. We may change fees prospectively by providing notice required by law. If a paid subscription renews automatically, you may cancel before renewal using the method disclosed at purchase. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not reverse third-party transactions or fees already incurred.

18. Confidential Beta Information

If your invitation or a separate agreement identifies the beta as confidential, nonpublic features, documentation, security information, pricing, roadmaps, and pre-release materials are Align Confidential Information. You may use such information only to evaluate the beta and may not disclose it except to personnel who need to know and are bound by confidentiality obligations. Confidential Information does not include information that becomes public without breach, was lawfully known without restriction, is received lawfully from another source, or is independently developed without use of the confidential information.

Nothing in this section prevents you from reporting a vulnerability through an authorized process, communicating with a regulator or law-enforcement agency, exercising legally protected whistleblower rights, or making disclosures required by law. Where legally permitted, you will give Align reasonable notice of compelled disclosure.

19. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion as described in Section 11. We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, misuse connected accounts, fail to pay applicable fees, or if continued operation is impracticable. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export available user-provided data, but we are not required to do so when immediate action is necessary for safety, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or protection of third parties.

Upon termination, your license ends and you must stop using the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including provisions concerning ownership, feedback, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, disputes, and accrued payment obligations. Termination does not automatically cancel contracts or transactions with third parties.

20. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." ALIGN AND ITS AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.

ALIGN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY OUTPUT, RECOMMENDATION, SAVINGS ESTIMATE, CONNECTION, AUTOMATION, OR THIRD-PARTY ACTION WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS. ALIGN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT A THIRD PARTY WILL ACCEPT, REVERSE, CANCEL, REFUND, APPROVE, OR COMPLETE AN ACTION. YOU ASSUME THE RISK OF USING AN EXPERIMENTAL BETA AND OF RELYING ON OUTPUTS OR CONNECTED SERVICES.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers. In those jurisdictions, these disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

21. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALIGN AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, SAVINGS, BUSINESS, OPPORTUNITY, GOODWILL, USE, OR DATA, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF ALIGN AND THE OTHER ALIGN PARTIES FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID ALIGN FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS. This allocation of risk is a fundamental basis of the agreement.

The exclusions and cap do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. A court may also decline to enforce a limitation in particular circumstances. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or willful misconduct to the extent such liability cannot be excluded.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Align and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, penalties, costs, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your User Content, your breach of these Terms, your violation of another person's rights, or an action you instruct or authorize Align to perform. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Align's own gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of law.

Align will give you reasonably prompt notice of an indemnified claim and reasonable cooperation at your expense. Align may control the defense and settlement, but will not settle a claim in a manner that admits your fault or imposes a non-monetary obligation on you without your consent, not to be unreasonably withheld.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs any arbitration provision. If Section 24 does not apply, the state and federal courts located in San Francisco County, California will have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and Align consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence may still apply.

24. Dispute Resolution and Binding Arbitration

Please read this section carefully. It requires most disputes between you and Align to be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than in court and limits the manner in which you may seek relief. Before starting arbitration, the claimant must send a written notice describing the dispute, relevant facts, and requested relief to Elaa2021@mymail.pomona.edu. The parties will attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for sixty days after receipt of the notice.

If the dispute is not resolved, either party may begin binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this arbitration agreement. Arbitration may occur remotely, in San Francisco County, California, or at another mutually agreed location. Fees will be allocated under the applicable AAA rules, subject to applicable law. The arbitrator may award the same individual remedies that a court could award, but only to the extent necessary to resolve the individual claim.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND ALIGN AGREE THAT EACH PARTY MAY BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, COORDINATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may not consolidate the claims of more than one person or preside over any class, collective, coordinated, or representative proceeding unless applicable law requires otherwise. Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small claims court. Either party may seek temporary or preliminary injunctive relief in court to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, or infringement while arbitration is pending.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by emailing a signed notice to Elaa2021@mymail.pomona.edu within thirty days after you first accept these Terms. The notice must identify the email address associated with your Align account and clearly state that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out will not affect your access to the Service. If any portion of this section is found unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law. If the individual-action limitation is unenforceable for a particular claim, that claim will proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction unless the parties agree otherwise.

25. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service and these Terms. If we make a material change, we will provide notice through the Service, by email, or by another reasonable method and state when the change takes effect. Changes will apply prospectively unless law requires otherwise. If you do not agree to a material change, you must stop using the Service before it takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

We may make immediate changes when necessary to comply with law, address an urgent security issue, prevent abuse, or modify a beta feature. The current version should be available through the Service, with its effective date.

26. General Terms

These Terms and incorporated documents are the entire agreement concerning the Service and supersede prior or contemporaneous discussions and understandings about the Service. If a product-specific written agreement conflicts with these Terms, the product-specific agreement controls for that feature. Headings are for convenience only.

If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary or severed, and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. Align may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law, subject to applicable privacy obligations.

Align is not liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including internet or cloud failures, third-party outages, labor disputes, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental action, epidemics, or failures of financial institutions or communications networks. There are no third-party beneficiaries except as expressly stated.

Notices to you may be sent to the email associated with your account or displayed in the Service. Legal notices to Align must be sent to Elaa2021@mymail.pomona.edu.
